Is it possible to extend the period of stay or cancel the contract early?

It is necessary to re-contract in the case of extending the period. In the case of another reservation has already been placed at the time of application, extension will not be possible. Rental fees will not be refunded for contracts cancelled after moving in. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

What is the shortest period possible from application to moving in?

If the inspection, contract and deposit go smoothly, it is possible to move in the day following application.

May persons other than those party to the contract enter the rooms?

People may freely enter the rooms during the daytime. In the case people stay overnight, a regulated additional charge for the number of people will be levied.

Is a guarantor necessary?

A guarantor is not necessary however please give an emergency contact number within Japan.

Are the facilities available for foreigners?

Yes. Please feel free to make use of them. If possible please apply with the help of a Japanese person. If you have no acquaintances within Japan please inform us of an emergency contact number in your country of residence.

May a group consisting only of minors make use of the facilities?

We do not accept groups consisting only of persons under the age of 20.

May I move in with my pet?

We are very sorry, but pets are strictly forbidden.

What kind of furniture and appliances are provided?

Please refer to the "Room" page.

Is there a parking lot?

There is paid parking in the vicinity.

Is it possible to pay by card?

We cannot accept payments by card. Please make payments by bank transfer or postal remittance. PayPal may also be used for payments from overseas.

Is it necessary to pay a cleaning charge etc. upon departure?

It is not necessary. However, an additional cleaning fee will be levied in the case rooms are particularly dirty. Also, in the case of damage, staining, or loss of equipment or furnishings due to the intent or fault of a guest, the actual expense for replacement or cleaning etc .will be levied.

Is there a telephone?

No.

Is there Internet access?

A PC (with optical fiber Internet) is provided.

What time can the key be received/can I move in?

We will hand over the key at the time of moving in. Please inform us of your arrival time in advance. Please arrive between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
